On the second day of the UNICEF Club Joint School Service Project, many activities were organized for the participants in response to the UNICEF Global Handwashing Day and the ‘Believe in Zero’ message from UNICEF. These activities include a soap-making workshop, a drama competition, labour games and a hunger banquet. These activities have successfully raised our students’ awareness on the importance of handwashing. They have also learnt how to convey this message clearly through the means of drama. Moreover, through the labour games and hunger banquet, our students have an experience on the hardship of child labour in Africa and understand their helplessness towards their poverty.
