Praised as ‘one of the finest young string quartets’, the Doric String Quartet has emerged as one of the leading British string quartets in the new generation, receiving glowing responses from audiences and critics across the globe since its formation in 1998. The Quartet toured Hong Kong in early October for a series of concert, and visited some schools to coach student ensembles. The string ensemble of our school was honored to have a coaching session with the famous quartet before their departure.
