Thirty-eight F.4 and F. 5 students participated in a guided tree walk in Tai Po Kau Nature Reserve organized by the Environmental Education and Conservation Team. A large variety of plants and animals were introduced along the trail. Students were impressed by the beauty of nature and were astonished about the croaking calls of frogs as well as the amazing relationships between different organisms and the environment. The activity enabled students to perceive the idea of primary and secondary succession and learn in a relaxing atmosphere.
