All the S4 students took part in the Environmental Protection Leadership Training Day Camp at the Our Hands Farm in Kam Tin on 3rd March, 2011. The students were given time to experience the different types of work of a farmer. They picked fresh vegetables from the field as their lunch. In the afternoon they were divided into groups to make cakes, ice-cream, lollipops with nuts, bath salt and mosquito repellents from materials produced by the farm. It is a wonderful experience for the students to understand the hard work of a farmer and to treasure the resources provided by the nature.
