Organic farming is off the ground at BPS! A rooftop farm has been set up since last October and students could bring their fresh organic vegetables from their first harvest home and share with their families. Vegetables such as Pak-choi, Kai-lan, Tung Choi, lettuce, radish, baby carrots, potatoes were grown in the second term. The workshops aim to raise awareness of a sustainable lifestyle that includes the consumption of local produce to reduce the carbon footprint.
