Our students attended an official ceremony held by the Government at the City Hall Memorial Garden on 3 September to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of Victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.   The event included a rendition of the national anthem, a flag-raising ceremony, a rifle volley by the Police Rifle Squad, the observation of silent mourning, wreath laying by the Guard of Honour, and bowing in tribute.  Students could learn more about history of the War of Resistance and treasure the value of world peace.  This commemoration ceremony was a great lesson to enhance our students’ national identity.
