About 78 of the Secondary five Science students entered the Secondary School Mathematics and Science Competition organized by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and obtained very outstanding results. Two students attained scores at top 2% of all the candidates in the respective subjects: Lai Wun Chi(5P) obtained Medal Certificate in Physics while Fong Sammi Wing Fai(5B) obtained Medal Certificate in Chemistry. Furthermore, 29 students obtained High Distinctions in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. All of the above students will be given an interview if they choose the faculties of the Hong Kong Polytechnic & University in Band A in 2014.
